On Friday 11th of May 2018 Teamconsult had the pleasure to welcome Alasdair Scott, mission chief of the International Monetary Fund and his team to our premises in Prague. Arranged by CNB, the IMF mission was interested to learn more about latest developments on the Czech labor market.
Spring Glasford International Conference in Bangkok!
After the colder Canadian Montreal and a little rainy London, this year's Glasford International Conference moved into warmer landscapes in the sun. This year in April, the Glasford International Conference was hosted by the Thai capital city - Bangkok. On Thursday 26 and Friday 27 April, representatives of all 18 Member States met again at a traditional international conference on (not only) the latest trends in executive search and human resources. Interesting: Did you know that Bangkok in Thai is called Krung Thep - the city of angels?
New Year’s Czechoslovakian Meeting
No, it was not an important state visit, but an annual meeting of colleagues from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This time, we did not only focus on executive search and outplacement projects, but also on issues related to GDPR. We also tried some personality tests and may have learned something new about ourselves. We ended our day-long marathon full of questions, presentations and answers in an informal spirit at a common dinner. You would not believe how many interesting questions and answers were still heard at the table. The international cooperation was again managed perfectly.
Dinner party on houseboat
September 19th, Teamconsult said goodbye to summer in a houseboat style. We organized an informal evening for our clients and business partners together with law firm UEPA. The Vltava River was quiet and the guests could not only talk about their current work plans, but they also enjoyed an excellent banquet. There was also a tasting of selected wines. We liked this event and we are already looking forward to another joint cruise with our clients and partners in 2018!
New Year reception of the law office UEPA
Although the new year was already in full swing, we were glad to welcome him again at the end of January. UEPA has traditionally organized a New Year's reception for its customers and business partners and we were there. Nearly 120 guests gathered at the New Year's Reception who not only had a pleasant conversation at the informal event, but also exchanged contacts and ideas for possible cooperation in 2018. Reception has made the vernissage looser under the name "Insight" of a famous German artist inesj.plauen. It was inspiring to connect the world of business and art. The main theme of the artist is the human being in different aspects. The same applies to team consulting - people are the most important to us in our work.
